| Description |
There is an immediate need for a full-time General Dentist in the Dallas (Highland), TX area.
Responsibilities:
• Examines, diagnoses, and provides treatment counseling to patients.
• Performs cleanings and provides all patient care including, fillings, crowns, fixed and removable bridgework, extractions, and root canals.
• Meets clinical goals.
• Meets productivity goals.
• Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to patient needs.
• Solicits patient feedback to improve service.
• Directs Assistants and other auxiliary personnel
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the ability to meet clinical and productivity standards while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality and productivity; manage competing demands; demonstrate knowledge of market and competition and respond promptly to customer needs.
Qualifications:
• Dental doctorate degree from accredited dental school and current state licensure.
• Able to perform all phases of dentistry.
